Good nutrition is the cornerstone of wellness, and even small nutritional changes can yield significant improvements in skin and overall health.
Our skin is made of cells, and all cells are made out of the foods we digest; we really ARE what we eat. The skin is a reflection of what's going on inside and it can say a lot about our health. Acne, eczema, psoriasis etc... they all originate much deeper than the skin: being the largest eliminating organ, that comes as no surprise.
The GUT-SKIN CONNECTION teaches us that health begins, you guessed it, in the GUT!
Everyone is different in their health needs BUT everyone needs a healthy gut to have GREAT skin!

In the same way that the skin loves certain foods, it dislikes others…
Instead of sugar: Maple Syrup, honey, stevia, dates, or bananas.
(Remember, brown sugar will always be better than the fake sweeteners.)
Instead of milk: Almond, Rice, Hemp, or coconut milk.
